About Us

Margo Flores, Owner and Founder, has 15+ years writing experience, holds an executive M.B.A and master’s degree in public administration, including the industry’s top certification in résumé writing and LinkedIn online profile writing.  After serving on active duty for eight years in the U.S. Army, she returned to the civilian workforce.  She founded Writing With A Flair because she wanted to provide résumé services based on the importance of translating transferable skills for college students preparing for an entry-level position, mid-level professionals seeking a career change or promotion, service members transitioning to the private sector, and refining accomplished-focused résumés for executives and senior leaders to meet today's job market demand.
