 How the Process Works

Note: If you uploaded your résumé on the Contact Us Form, the writer will collect any missing details during consultation or on the first draft sent to you for review.  If a new résumé is needed, the writer will send you a Client Questionnaire and a Keyword Worksheet to complete.

Complimentary Consultation

- Step 1 -

Schedule 1-Hour consultation by telephone, email, or online 24/7 using the Contact or Book Now! buttons at the top of the screen.  A writer will contact you within 24-hours. 

Choose Your Service

- Step 2 -

Choose a Résumé Service or Add-On Option from the Services page, then enter selection on the Contact Us form. A writer will confirm the service and cost during the consultation.

Payment Options

- Step 3 -

A PayPal Invoice will be sent to your email.  The payment types accepted are Discover, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and PayPal.  Full payment is due to begin project.

Service Delivery

- Step 4 -

Final approved documents are emailed in Word, PDF, and ATS versions. Revisions are complimentary the first year.  Email updates to us within 12 months of final documents.
