As a company owner, Margo holds an Executive MBA from George Mason University and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Oklahoma. She completed a senior executive leadership program at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
She is a certified executive and professional résumé writer accredited by the Professional Association of Résumé Writers & Career Coaches (PARW/CC). Why hire a certified résumé writer?Our Certified Executive Résumé Writer and Certified Professional Résumé Writer is an experienced résumé writer who is accredited by the PARW/CC. This group requires training before one can become a certified executive or professional résumé writer. Our National Certified Online LinkedIn Profile Expert is also a LinkedIn profile writer who is accredited by the NRWA. This group requires training to show experience in crafting conversational and engaging profiles.

What is the difference between a résumé and a CV?A Résumé and a CV differ in their respective lengths, contents, and purpose. A résumé is a concise summary of all your achievements, skills, and education and should not exceed two pages. A CV is a more detailed version of education, experiences, skills, measurable results, presentations, and publications. It offers a detailed view of a person's professional life and can exceed two pages in length.

What is the turnaround time for an ordered Résumé, CV, or other career document?Although it is advisable to give us at least 3-7 days to design your Résumé, CV, or other career document, if you need us to complete it within a two-day delivery, we offer a Rush Service fee of $150.00. This rush service will move your order to the top of the writer's work queue, and work will begin immediately. Otherwise, the standard turnaround time is 3-7 business days, depending on the career level selected. Turnaround time for a CV may be longer, depending on the type and pages required. Rest assured, the quality of your Résumé, CV, and other career documents will not be compromised. Once a writer has been assigned to the project, we will contact you within 24 hours via email and telephone to discuss your order.

Can I ask for revisions?Yes, revisions are complimentary for the first year. After a career document has been approved, finalized, and delivered to you, email your updates to us within 12 months of the order completion, free of charge. After the first year, costs are 50% of the initial career document fee.

What is your refund policy?At Writing With A Flair, our main goal is to provide you with a quality product utilizing reasonable writing resources available, meeting the industry standard of excellence. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know. We offer revisions to suit your needs until you are completely satisfied. Given the time involved in the consultation and various writing phase development, all fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Are there writing samples posted on your website?All career documents are customized to your individual needs. Samples posted on our website are reduced to one page with general information for display purposes only; some documents may be longer, depending on the client's details.
